行云令 is a Chinese dance with ancient costume.
Most of 行云令 mmd videos, made in HS/HS2 studio or VAM, have no fan in dancer's hand. This video adds it.
This video also implements bleezing effect on characters' clothing and hair, using the "timeline" plugin. Other items such as lotus leaves, with
no dynamic bones built in, have to be stationary.
