稲妻に侵入したファデュイを追い詰めた雷電将軍と八重神子だったが、雷蛍術師が持つ謎の機器の力により動きを封じられてしまう。「降臨者」が外の世界から持ち込んだと言われているその機器は、雷元素の力を利用することで七神やその眷属ですらも意のままに操ることができるのだった。雷電将軍「油断しました……」八重神子「（動けぬ……　ファデュイの術師ごときが妾と影を拘束するとは、あの妙な機械は一体……？）」雷蛍術師「アハハ！　さぁ、踊って？」Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko cornered the Fatui that had invaded Inazuma, but they were immobilized by the power of a mysterious device held by an Electro Cicin Mage.
