Hi everyone! After two intense weeks, my pole dance animation is finally done~ ^_^This piece came with plenty of challenges. To avoid any “clipping” and keep the movement authentic, I used professional pole-dance poses to generate the keyframes. Then I ran everything through a consistent keyframe pipeline so the character’s anatomy and facial traits stayed stable while the poses stayed technically correct. I did take a shortcut and kept it as a nude study to save time (artistic nudity) :PBecause of the schedule, it’s essentially a single take—the shortest cut is 1 second. Hard cuts would’ve doubled the number of keyframes I needed to draw. Maintaining momentum between shots was another hurdle, so I added transitions in spots that were tough to smooth out. One regret: I still couldn’t pull off a perfectly fluid, full-loop shot around the pole this time.All in all, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, and I hope you enjoy it!
