Poronio provided me with the assets and the confidence to create the cloud stage. And sean69 provided constant, reliable and informative feedback for all of the week. I nonstop bombarded him with work in progress versions, and he patiently analyzed them. Thank you so much for bearing with my uncertainty and talkativeness, you have been a huge support my dear sean69.But let’s get back to the video. This project started as low tier rubicundulus slop just using the same setting again. I bought the motion on November 29th, and everything obviously looked acceptable soon. But then the song provides me with the opportunity to further elaborate my vision of both our heroines. Well technically I guess I just got hooked on the idea of giving Kanangi wings, like in the early concept of project spider web. And so the first transition was born, and the structure of the song made it very clear that there was room for a second Vindicare transformation. Half way into the process I realized that grandmaster willowywicca, made a camera motion for the song four years ago, but I kept some sections of the much more dynamic Liz_CHILL/小野寺狸 camera.While not learning anything fundamentally new in the process of creating this video, I have probably never before put my existing knowledge to so much good use (KiraKira based Feather effects, editor material based changing emissive effect on the wings, flawless lighting thanks to @tyron82’s perfect shadow settings).Now we need to address a very controversial topic. Inspired by Rika Mizuno I did some reading on video encoding and decided to test the more advanced h.265 codec, which offers better quality and smaller file size. It however has its downsides with no thumbnails and previews on MEGA and also not in your Windows folder. I will leave the decision to you, the audience, if I will completely transition to h.265 or if I revert back to the h.264 codec.As a final note: Each song has its iconic MMD. For me that’s grandmaster Moneko’s video Queendom - Moe Kami.
